My Problem
After almost two years I finally dropped my iPhone and cracked the glass.
My Fix
The repair was a stressful hour or so. Everything went fine, but small parts, tight spaces, and not being able to afford a replacement phone made things not fun. After I got the thing back together I felt like there was a plastic film on the back of the display that I forgot to remove, but the phone works, so I didn't check.
My Advice
The experience reminded me why I got out of the repair business. That aside the repair guide was pretty strait forward. Other than tips on dealing with packaging artifacts that need to be removed before installing the new part (if there were any) everything seemed to be covered either in the guide or the comments.
