My Problem
Old battery was losing charge.
My Fix
Following the video, disassembly and battery installation were easy. However, and this is what the video does NOT cover, reassembly the phone with those teeny tiny screws was a tad frustrating. That portion easily took 75% of my time.
My Advice
At least for me, the tiny screws were the biggest issue as they seems to shift placement with the tiniest effort, or seemingly magnetic effect from the provided screw driver. I just pushed through this, but would recommend you find some way to adhere the tiny screws to the screwdriver for easier reassembly.
