My Problem
Replaced IPhone 5 battery. Old one was no longer holding its charge.
My Fix
Really well. Instructions were great. I got stuck a long time on the removal of old battery. I heated my neck pillow and set phone on it as I pried gently in the 3 places. Eventually it let loose with a crack. Every other step was easy and simple.
My Advice
Patience with the old battery. It will come out with heat and gentle prying. It took me 30minutes and I was starting to panic that I wasn't doing it right. I was.
