My Problem
Battery was not holding a charge. Even after removing any apps running in the back ground, the battery life would drain quickly.
My Fix
Other than making sure I did not lose the tiny screws, it went extremely smooth. Total process took about an hour. Tool kit supplied had everything I needed. Followed the calibration recommendations for the battery charging and the new battery is working perfectly.
My Advice
When working on the iPhone, be sure to place a white cloth underneath your work area so that all of the parts removed (screws) are easily found and don't get lost.
