My Problem
I guess Apple wrecked my phone, but declined to offer a low cost fix because my phone is too old (7 years! -- when did that get to be old?) Accidentally ran across your offer and decided it was worth a try.
My Fix
Your instructions were spot on -- thanks for that. I did manage to lose the fly speck sized screws more than once, but found them every time. Phone seems to work fine now.
My Advice
Keep up your good work on right-to-repair legislation, and keep offering your excellent kits that keep us from being at the mercy of our corporate overlords.
