Don’t replace cracked screen if it still works

My Fix

The repair went smoothly.

My Advice

The only thing I can say is to wait on replacing the screen on your 7 Plus. While the part is of great quality, iOS 11.2.1 still doesn’t cooperate with aftermarket screens. The touch input is laggy at best and unresponsive at worst.
