My Problem
Batt life seemed decreased and needed to replace the screen so figured might as well do both.
My Fix
Seemed to go well.
Main bummer is the replacement screen does not fit exactly the same as the original screen and leaves an edge around the screen. I double checked and the screen is seated as deeply as it will go. Maybe I got a bad screen?
Secondary bummer is the home button is now a little loose. It would be nice if the kit came with some sort of adhesive or a replacement gasket. I am not sure how to fix this.
Edit: now i feel smart. I see I could have purchased a new gasket when I ordered the screen. Blah
My Advice
The battery adhesive needs to be pressed onto the battery firmly before removing the plastic film.
