Went to hell for 5 min before my phone was given a new life

My Problem

1. Difficult to open a gap wide enough for the pry tool

2. difficult to put back the display connectors at the right positions

My Fix

went ok. It took me a while to "open up" the front display. Phone didn't restart on first time after I assembled it back together. I then removed then screws I placed back and then screwed them up again, and phone worked.

My Advice

Don't give up if things don't seem to work, try stepping back.
