My Problem
iPhone 5 battery was dropping quickly under hard use (gps, gaming, etc)
My Fix
Overall it went very well. The hardest part was dealing with the super small screws when reinstalling the hold down plate for the screen connection cables. Getting the phone open was pretty easy with the suction cup and plastic opener tool.
My Advice
Have a pair of small tweezers around to help position and pickup the small screws, especially if you drop one in the phone by accident. Also, make sure all three display cables are snapped back in place well before putting the phone back together. Had a small issue when I went to boot the phone up and the screen didn't display well initially, because one of the cables didn't seat correctly.
