My Problem
The battery needed replacement.
My Fix
For the most part pretty smooth until I got to the two Phillips screws holding the cover for the battery connection. The included screwdriver had too blunt of a tip to fit the screws. Fortunately, I had a screwdriver for a Nintendo DS that worked.
My Advice
Not really.
