My Problem
No battery life. Apple would not fix it since it was a refurbished.
My Fix
When battery arrived, my wife installed it herself following youtube instructions. I was pleasantly surprised she decided to take on the replacement herself.
My Advice
Zero recharge cycles and a like-new working phone.
