My Problem

Battery was just dead; iPhone was working for only a day.

My Fix

I forgot to unscrew the screen and ended up damaging it; had to buy a new one. But the battery was fine and overall the process is very easy.

My Advice

Just be careful and if something does not go easily don't push hard. Try to look around before applying more pressure.
