Finally a way to have a magnetically removable Late 2012 21.5" iMac screen!
My Problem
I wanted to upgrade my RAM and internal storage and make the process easy to do again without Adhesive Strips!
My Fix
The repair went very, very well. Now my iMac is designed like Apple should have made them, not all glued together.
My Advice
Take your time and carefully think it over. Especially the placement of the stacks of high powered magnets inside of the aluminum back case. Attach them to the back of the display, (they will magnetically stick right on along the top edge. Use JB Weld to glue the other end of them to the inside of the back case. The bottom edge of the screen is problematic, so I used Contact Cement to glue two thin and flat pieces of stiff plastic to the bottom edge of the Screen, along the bottom of the inside of the screen, positioned so as to slide down into the 'Chin' of the iMac's case to prevent the Screen from 'popping out' along this bottom edge. Now it looks just like its a brand new iMac but now I can remove and replace the entire screen in about 30 seconds.

Sorry I could not manage to upload a photo. I tried, but the Java script would not allow it.
