Weak iPhone battery.
My Fix
Repair went well. I bought battery and tools from Amazon.es and the screwdrivers weren't great fit but managed to get the job done. Hardest part was - like a number of other commentators - removing the original battery. Just stay patient and stick to the advised 3 points.
My Advice
Found great tip in the comments that suggested not removing the screen completely. I made a little rig that kept the cover open at 90ยบ whilst I coaxed out the original battery. Only drawback is you can't easily access the upper pry point for battery removal.
