MacBook Air Trackpad replacement

My Problem

Trackpad on MacBook Air was not responding no matter what I did to adjust it. It took about one hour to replace the trackpad. The only complicated parts were attaching the ribbon cables back on. They are a bit fragile.

My Fix

After installing the new trackpad from iFixIt, my MacBook Air was good as new!

My Advice

Be careful of the ribbon cables.
