My Problem
Phone was running out of juice after just a few hours. I was headed to a meeting across town today using google maps as I navigated on my bicycle. Half-way into the trip, my battery died -- I missed the meeting. I decided it was time to open the repair kit!
My Fix
Meh, the video was helpful, but they failed to mention a couple points: almost every screw is different! The little cover over the battery connection...I got it on 180 degrees upside down.
Initially, display didn't work. A coworker who worked at the Apple Store previously had me up and running in 5 minutes.
My Advice
More details in the video pointing out the things to watch for during reassembly. The current video just kinda ends after you put the new battery in.
Also, what to do with the old battery?
