My Problem
I got a refurbished iphone 5 and shortly thereafter the battery starting dying super fast. Ended up getting one of those cheapo kits off of ebay, that battery sucked. Decided to splurge a little for a battery with an actual warranty.
My Fix
Great. Painless. Had already done it once with the crappy ebay battery (the kit tools were actually fine, so I reused them) so doing it again was easier.
My Advice
Popping off the top of the iphone is hard. Using a combo of suction plus wedging a pair of tweezers into the small gap with quickness was, imo, the easiest way to do it.
