My Problem
my 4s display shows only black with 2 white lines in the middle.
My Fix
connect to itunes and backup...
waiting my display replacement and do the 'surgery' with your guide ...
took me nearly 3 hours to get it all done
My Advice
do use rubber gloves if your hands are easily sweating
