My Problem
My battery was lasting about 20 minutes with use, 2 hours maximum on standby. This phone has been through some things but otherwise still in good shape and working so if battery was the only problem I really wanted to save it.
My Fix
The repair was easy (dare I say fun?) and the step by step guide with photos is essential. It is so satisfying to fix your own crap.
My Advice
When popping off the front cover it didn't need much prying and kind of flew off suddenly even though I was being careful. Scary because I knew that it could have damaged the connecting wires but everything seems ok. Just be aware and extra careful to only pull up the edge a tiny bit and then use the tool instead of pulling with the suction cup.
