My Problem
The battery was dead - it would last maybe an hour or so and had to be plugged in all the time
My Fix
The repair went alright. The iPhone 5 screen is a little challenging to get up since it's 2 layers glued together. The cables are also fidgety and a little hard to put back on so it took longer than expected. Since the battery has been changed, the phone can go a work day without having to be plugged in - it gets hot quite quickly though, which I don't remembering being the case before the change.
My Advice
Be careful when getting the screen off, make sure the spudger isn't just pulling up the top layer of the screen (it's 2 layers glued together).
