My Problem
The phone would not power on even when plugged in. Apple couldn't evaluate the problem because it would not turn on for them.
My Fix
The repair was quick and relatively simple. The suction cup worked great!
My Advice
Make sure the cables are plugged in completely, including the volume switch cable that you don't remove when you disconnect the three cables to remove the touch screen.
