My Problem
Iphone 4s screen was replaced in INdia with a shabby product that failed after a month
My Fix
Handling the tiny screws was the most difficult. I learned to aim very slow and straight to get them in. I gave up on the corner screws.
Second issue was being very careful to have all the connectors free and not caught under the logic board. I had to undo things once.
I ended up using a set of small screwdrivers from Radio SHack for half the work.
Another tip is to make a paper and draw circles for each piece removed and the step associated, so it is easy to retrace steps, THis should be an essential part of the kit IMO.
My Advice
Study the return steps before beginning the return, to make sure you know about all the right places for the connectors.
Use a system for identifying the parts. I drew circles on paper and numbered them with the steps.
