My Problem
As a machinist, mechanical engineer, and registered nurse, I rarely allow anyone to fix my equipment, vehicles, etc. When I do, they invariably damage something else and leave a mess for me to clean up. Apple stores are not terribly friendly when it comes to repairs.
My Fix
The tool kit and video made the iPhone 5 battery change easy. The hardest part was seeing those tiny little screws.
My Advice
Do not be afraid to fix your own property.
