Broken Glass Screen iPhone 4S
My Fix
Followed the instructions forwards and reverse. Very straight forward and pretty simple. Took two to three hours total and was able to complete while having a couple adult beverages.
My Advice
If your screen is shattered around the home button order one. The rubber tape tears easy and especially when you have multiple sharp pieces of glass ripping into it. I reattached it with about 50% of the tape but its obvious that it isn't as secure as it used to be.
