My Problem
My son's iPhone 5 battery life was poor.
My Fix
Repair went well. The video and step-by-step guides were clear. The included tools worked well. As noted, you have to pull pretty hard on the suction cup to pull the screen. The iSclack makes the job easier, but it can be done just fine with a suction cup. Battery replacement went well.
My Advice
I'd buy the iSclack if you have multiple phones to support. For just one phone, the suction cup is probably adequate.
