My Problem
the battery was loosing its charge quickly.
My Fix
It was heart stopping trying to pull the screen free from the case! It took patience and perseverance to get it open after that all was good.
My Advice
I followed the advice in another review. I used a "third hand" to hold the screen at 90 degrees with I carefully pried the old battery out. It worked well and didn't have to mess with the screen connections. If you don't have a friend you can buy a third hand. It looks like a giant tweezer on a heavy base that wants to stay closed. You can use a piece of bubble wrap to protect the screen from the grip of the tweezers. Keep the phone case in line with the screen and position the screen at 90 degrees or less.
