My Problem
The glass screen was cracked due to a drop.
My Fix
The LCD screen and digitizer has everything with it, except for the home button as stated, and as far as I've tested it works just like it was the original.
My Advice
I initially purchased only the glass, attempting to separate the LCD and digitizer from it, but unlike when I replaced the glass on my galaxy s4, the iPhone 4s glass has no lamination, so it was coming off in shards. My advice would be to just buy this part right off the bat when dealing with iPhones. most importantly, use a screw chart when disassembling the phone, there are many variations of screws inside that can easily get mixed up and make the reassembly much harder than it needs to be.
