My Problem
Battery drain/drop; didn't qualify for replacement battery through Apple
My Fix
Success - but it was challenging; and tool included wasn't best to pry up delicate parts; lots of force needed to get battery out. It took about 20 minutes or so, with another person assisting with directions.
My Advice
Don't be afraid to use good force when pulling old battery out (look at edits/comments for additional help)
