My Problem
The iphone I fixed had a cracked screen.
My Fix
The repair went well. The iSlack tool is Awesome! It is so much easier to pull screens off with this tool. But, be careful when using it because you can pinch the crap out of your hand.
My Advice
Make sure that your ribbon cables are connected well. When I put everything back together, there were white/gray bars across the top of the screen. I made sure the cables were not bent and reconnected them to the motherboard and it worked fine.
