Troubleshooting ¶

If you are having difficulties working the DeWalt DW936, please visit our troubleshooting page.

Background and Identification ¶

The DeWalt DW936 is the third edition of the cordless circular saw blades. This device is classified as a volt cordless trim saw with 3200 RPM, and was released in October of 2012.

The DeWalt DW936 is a small handheld electric saw that uses a circular blade to cut materials. This model is cordless, and relies on a battery pack for an easier and larger range of motion. The DW936 is a trim saw that cuts through thinner materials and has a smaller design. This handsaw is built with a large shoe and left side blade of a 136mm width that provides maximum control and visibility.

The DW936 has similar models such as the DW930 with 2500 RPM, the DW935 with 3000 RPM, and the DW939 with 3700 RPM. These other models can be easily confused with the DW936. The small differences include the voltage of each model and the RPM.
