Is the cpu and gpu removable if the logicboard fails

Hi there, i've a question related with the removability off the the cpu and gpu card when the logicboard needs to be replaced. Those two can be easly detached or they are soldered to the board like the ram memory?

I aprecciate your attencion to this, i've searched the web and couldn't find a answer to it. Sorry for any misspelling.

Options

The CPU and GPU have been soldered (or integrated) into every Apple laptop for at least the last ten years. I've heard of no one without a rework station ever changing them out.
