What type of double sided tape is recommended to use?

I'm replacing the headphone jack in my 80gb iPod. and would like to use/replace the adhesive on some of the parts. wondering if their is a recommended tape that would be easy to find in stores

Also try this place they are located in Southern California and have tapes and adhesives made for electronics and high temperature applications. Able Industrial Products http://www.able123.com
