Hi!
First, I would test a new PSU and see how that goes!
Guide: Xbox One S Power Block Replacement
If this isn’t working, then you might want to check the motherboard and the MOSFET. But before you jump to that part, I would test a new power block.

Hi!
Is it not showing any sign of life? No lights at all? Did you tried a different AC cord? Or is turning on and then turning off right away? Thanks in advance!

when i plugged my mouse into it ages ago it lighted up now it doesnt do that
