Only a beep? Could be multiple things.
If you are lucky, it's just the power supply which is broken and need to be replaced. This would be a nice test too.

In the worst case, it's a motherboard issue. Could be the MOSFET or any other motherboard power related issue.

There are several beeps apparently coming from the source, being continuous and looking like a cricket very low sounds and zero sign of life.
Would try to replace the power supply first and see if that works! Otherwise you need to run some tests on the motherboard.
