MAc mini 8GB RAM problems!

You got RAM that's to fast for your machine. Yours uses: Supports 1066 MHz PC3-8500 DDR3 SO-DIMMs

i'm not sure but the problem maybe isn't the RAM. maybe it is google chrome!!! and my RAM is twice it have 1333Mhz and 1066Mhz but the system-configuration shows me 1333Mhz!!!

Try removing the 1333 chip and see if your crashes stop.
