Help please reference codes, PPN001 y PFM006

Hello, how are you? I want to describe my problem and hopefully someone has the same one who could solve it and could tell me what the solution was in advance, thank you very much, the case is as follows, I have a macbook pro mid 2017 A1706, recently its battery stopped working The cycles were exhausted, I changed the battery, but everything was fine, I removed the previous battery, placed the new one, I closed the MacBook and turned it on, but now it takes a horrible time to start and everything became extremely slow, I performed a fault diagnosis. hardware and the result was the following with these 2 codes

PFM006: There may be a problem with the System Management Controller (SMC).

PPN001: There may be a problem with the administration system

I returned the previous battery thinking that the new one was the problem, I reset the (SMC) using the keyboard combinations, but it didn't work, in fact it doesn't perform the reset function, can someone tell me if it happened and how I solve it , someone please

Answer this question I have this problem too

This sounds like a sensor issue. When a Mac is missing data input from a sensor it puts the Mac into a protective state—revs up the fans and clocks the CPU way day. Which is why it takes ages to do anything. It assumes no sensor data means the worst and prepares for that.

Sensor issues are usually related to a handful of spots. It could certainly be the battery, or something that happened as a result of the replacement. First thing I would check is the data cable for the battery. It's the little one that comes off the battery board. It's not unusual for that cable to be loose after a repair. Make sure the cable is fully inserted and the little locking flap is down. This is also not uncommonly an issue with the trackpad, but based on the backstory, I am less likely to think this is the problem.
