What to do with old MacBook 128GB SSD

I upgraded my MacBook SSD thanks to you and your community who gave wonderful tips and videos, but now I have 2 old SSD 128Gb from 2 old macbook. I want to know if this SSD from old macbook can be used as PEN drive or External SSD drives.

To use these SSDs as external drives you would need an USB adaptor or a compatible enclosure. You can find an example of one here: External SSD Enclosure for Select Mid 2013 to Mid 2015 Macs

The cost of enclosure is as much as 256Gb original apple SSD in my country. Any other alternative welcome.

Not sure of another way to use it, other than to use it to repair a similar model computer that has a damaged or failing SSD. Otherwise I would try to sell it online.
