Why won't my MacBook load

Hello my macbook wont boot

I have tried boot in to recovery safe mode and boot from a USB none will work.

When I try enter a command I get this response

What happens when you try to boot normally?

Have you tried internet recovery? I believe it is command + shift + r when powering on the computer. You can look up on Google how to enter internet recovery.

What is the history of this system? Is this a used system you just bought.

Have you made any changes in the Startup Disk security policy control for Mac ?
