Changing cooling paste on MacBook Core 2 Duo

I have a question about changing/refill the cooling paste on a macbook core 2 duo. The CPU in my macbook is often very warm when I'm running small processes. I'm thinking about refill the cooling paste, so does anyone know how to refill it?

Yes it's a good idea to replace the thermal paste when you have a heat issue with your macbook or for heat problem prevention specially if your machine is aging. Once the heatsink and the fan are removed from the mac you should also consider a fan clean up with compressed air. You can also easily open the fan, dust it off and clean the blades with isopropyl alcohol.
