MacBook is boot looping

The mac is completely unresponsive even the power button doesn’t work when its off so i plug the power adapter in for it to start up and when it does turn on the apple logo shows up and the loading bar shows up and then it shuts down and does it all over again, if i hold the power button it says keep holding for recovery options and then says loading recovery options then after a bit it shuts down again and boots back up and it is a never ending cycle, it wont shut down unless you unplug the battery. This is really a brain twister and has me scratching my head for 3 days now, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Chosen Solution

DFU reinstall the board firmware then try recovery again. If not working, something on the board is busted.
