Why is it making a clicking noise (left side, near the charging port)

It is making a clicking noise most loud at the top left corner of my mac. Since it is so far away from the actual fan, I don’t think it is from fan dust. Someone, please help!

Remember that the fans location is reversed in the guide as it is turned over. The fan is the only moving part:
