Same problem with my daughters phone she has a Samsung back doesn't come off cant take out battery in rice the phone has volume (it keeps going off in the bag of rice) but black screen so can't even turn the phone off. Please help

What is the model number of the phone?

With the model number we may be able to help you further.

Also this link may be of interest as rice doesn't do anything to fix the problem Rice is for dinner, not repair
