I would contact an automotive locksmith or someone who can cut and program keys for vehicles. I used to work for Batteries Plus and we did keys as well but some vehicles can be a bit picky about them.

Only way is to purchase a G chip key. The base of the key will have a G stamped on it. Cut the key to match yours. You’ll need Toyota Techstream and VCI Cable to write the new key to the immobilizer computer. You will need the other key to start the process but takes no more than 15 min to do. Research tech stream on Amazon, you’ll find it somewhere.

I have a chip key cut and fits the door and the ignition it needs to be programmed. A locksmith charges between 50 to 70 dollars to be programmed. I got the key on eBay.
