Won't connect to computer or any other lighting cable

I’m trying to complete a DFU but my iphone wont charge/ connect to the computer or any other charger. So i cant complete the DFU. Do i need to replace the motherboard or the charging port?

Options

You will need to replace your charge dock flex assembly. If it still will not connect to your PC or charge it will be a faulty component on the logic board.
