I would simply use itunes for this task. Just back up all data on the iPhone and name the phone after the name u wish to give the other iPhone. When u connect the second iPhone just sync it with itunes. Its that simple. I dont think there are any other methods or short cuts to this.

If the second iPhone is completely erased, which it should be for this, then it'll ask if u wanna restore from your last back-up. Select the back up and its a done deal.

Certainly you can. Firstly, backup your old iPhone(the one you want to transfer data from) to iTunes. When backup is done, disconnect it with iTunes and connect the new one which you wan to transfer data to. Restore the new iPhone from the old iPhone backup, you will success transfer data from the old iPhone to the new one.

Note: The old iPhone and the new iPhone is just a reference of the data transfer orientation.

Importnat warning: If you restore your new iPhone from the old iPhone backup, all your data on the new iPhone will be replaced by the old backup. That is, the all data on the new one will be lost if you do like this. So think twice before action.

Hope it helps. Read more information about transfer data from one iPhone to another.

When you launch Instashare you're taken through a quick tutorial of how to use it. Afterwards, you're ready to start transferring files. Instashare supports both WiFi and Bluetooth transfers. That means if both of your devices have Bluetooth functionality, you don't even have to be connected to the internet in order to share files wirelessly. To share an app from Instashare for iPhone and iPad, just find the file you'd like to share via your camera roll (photo or video) and hold down and drag. You'll be automatically taken to the transfer screen where you can drop it to whatever device you'd like.

Except iTunes, iCloud is also a convenient tool for iPhone users which can achieve the transfer without pc to do the phone transfer.

1.Launch the Settings app on old iPhone and navigate to iCloud > Storage & Backup and tap on Back Up now button. This may take time depending on the amount of data to be backed up.

2.After the backup is complete, check the Last Backup time (should show current time) to ensure that your backup was successful.

3.Now turn off your old iPhone and turn on your new iPhone.

4.When prompted to set up, choose “Restore from iCloud Backup,” tap next, and enter your Apple ID and password.

I think people usually use two ways to transfer data from one iPhone to another.

1. iTunes. Transfer data from one iPhone to iTunes, and then export them from iTunes to the other one.

2. Third-party application. You may try this freeware called AirMore, which allows you to access your phone on any computer browser wirelessly.

First, you can transfer files from iPhone to PC, and then import them from PC to the other. Also desktop app like Apowersoft Phone Manager or iTools will also work.

Most of the common cloud storage platforms now have iOS apps: Dropbox, Box, OneDrive, Google Drive and so on. All of these have free versions, with paid upgrades for larger amounts of storage space.

Download the iOS app to both phones, log into the account on the first iPhone, set the items/s to share, then log into the same account with the second iPhone and grab the item/s.

Well! Now there is a new app on Windows. Its name is iOSToto. I think it is the most useful program to manage iPhone/iPad/iPod files on Windows.
