Unable to cancel print

After printing a document I can not print another. When I go into active printers I am unable to cancel the document which has just been printed. Have used HP Print and Scan Doctor still the same.

Options

I would uninstall all the HP stuff from the system and reinstall the basic driver from them only. I find all the software bundled with these HP all-in-one printers to be very unreliable and prone to lock up their devices causing them to be unresponsive to the computer.
