Is the NAND chip on the Xbox One S replaceable?

I recently board an Xbox one s and it is missing the NAND Flash memory chip (Toshiba THGBMFG6C1LBAIL 8 GB eMMC NAND Flash) is this even able to be fixed?

Highly unlikely as the console uses per-console encryption for its firmware.

If the chip is gone and nobody has copies of the data on it, dead.

I can’t see why someone would pull the chip off as it’s pointless.

How would you be able to pull the data off of the chip?

Any NAND programmer that is compatible with this kind of chip should do, but it requires the chip to exist in the first place.

i have read the EMMC but it is encrypted

@digimod Not just encrypted, but per-console encrypted.
