So their is a 1 piece broken I half disc stuck in my Xbox one slim and the manually ejecy dosen't work and i dont whant to tear it down so what do I do

Use the force Luke.
But seriously. You could try to get it out with a hook of some sort but, you would most likely cause even more damage. Either dissasemble it or pay someone to fix it for you .

Tear it down.
Roller based slot loading drive is much more delicate than you think. The rollers and sensors rely on the complete shape of the disc to work properly. Trying to dislodge, reach into or pull out the disc from the narrow slot may heavily damage the disc load/unload sensors, roller mechanisms, disc mount mechanisms if you don’t know what you are doing.
And you don’t know what you are doing.
