Mac start up only 1 time in a row. Why?

Hey everybody, I upgrade my iMac (Blade SSD + SSD + RAM) and I have a problem. My iMac doesn’t start up properly but only if I press PRAM reset at the start and then he starts properly. I exclude it’s an hardware problem, but I see it like a software/firmware problem.

Suggestions?

Even still run the onboard diagnostics. Reboot and hold the D key. Did you get an error message?

@danj Hi Dan, I just completed and onboard diagnostics with AHT. No problems revealed with exit code ADP000 code.
