don´t charge battery

my problem is don´t charge the battery, turn the computer, its a macbook 13¨, i have a new power AC, and buy a new Battery, the light led don´t start, it´s not in red or green, and the battery don´t charge

I take it that English is not your first language, your question is a bit hard to understand. I would first test the wall power outlet to see if you are getting power to the adapter. Did you get a 60 Watt MagSafe Power Adapter from Apple?
